Pretty good feeling, must be doing something right, eh? Chuffed doesn't even start to cover it!

The Just Us collective at Beach London

Back in August I nipped over to Shoreditch for a week to help set up and exhibit at the fabulous Beach Gallery, just off Brick Lane as part of this years Just Us Collective. It was lots of fun to make some lovely big paper sweets to form the window display and decorate the walls. Met some great people and had a lovely time. Visit the Just Us Blog for more photos.

AOI - Secret London

On a recent trip down to London we decided to make the most of the sights and have a look-see at some possible locations to inspire us for the Secret London brief from the AOI.

I chose to focus on the beautifully vibrant Columbia Road Flower Market....

Which inspired my final illustration, here is a close cropped sneak peak...shhhhhhh...

Peepshow at Pick Me Up

A few photos from the very inspiring talk from Peepshow Collective at Pick me up. They seemed to have a great mutually supportive, positive purpose to the collective. It's nice to see that this exists in reality!

Oh and they have a new awesome book out (i want it)

Pick Me Up

Myself and my very talented friend Ieva took a roadtrip down to that fancy london to delight our eyes and absorb the visual goodness of Pick Me Up graphic art fair last week. What an adventure! SO inspiring and recommended for anyone who has a real love for everything illustration. Totally worth the 7 and a half hour megabus ride..

Tip - do what we did - get the multiple day pass then go for several days, then you can take your time and do lots of workshops.
